India's Future Through The Eyes of Her Future
What started as a daydreaming workshop with 25 underprivileged children became India's largest social initiative to capture dreams of children across socioeconomic groups from all over India.
We curated India’s first SDG-aligned Book of Dreams, which is currently housed at Rashtrapati Bhavan and Nehru Science Centers. It has been endorsed by a Nobel Peace Laureate, an ASG of the Supreme Court of India, and other notable visionaries.
"To be commended is the emphasis on individual thinking and aspiration, a welcome departure from the herd learning that had befallen our education system, even long years after independence."
"One dream is good enough to bring about miracles and this book has 150 dreams. It has the potential to change the whole world."
"Dreams inspire creativity and innovation. And we now have specific direction on what is important for and from the future of our country.”
"The book is a brilliant, heartfelt template for policy: listen to the wisdom of kids! Put their vision to action! This wonderful project is as meaningful as it is proactive."
"What an opportunity this offers to help shape our education to include these dreams of our children! Kudos to the entire team for this mammoth effort!"
“Adults give conditioned answers. Children give you the truth. Let’s learn to listen to their dreams and contribute to their actualization.”
This report presents an analysis of dreams of children from all over India. Are the dreams futuristic visions of India or do they mirror their outer world? Know what children of India are dreaming about and what you can do about it!
In a world of increasing uncertainty and complexity, dreams are the new currency! The only thing that matters is the ability to dream big and visualize a better world.

In a world of increasing uncertainty and complexity, dreams are the new currency! The only thing that matters is the ability to dream big and visualize a better world.
We all know that children are born creators and undoubtedly the best dreamers. But as parents, teachers and a nation, can we encourage them to dream big about their own future?
"Dream is not that which you see while sleeping, it is something that does not let you sleep.” - A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.
Dreams are like firecrackers! They can start with a spark but they last for a very short time. So can we make sure their dreams stay alive?
To make this happen, in 2019 we launched India's first-ever multi-lingual, crowdsourced book of dreams written by children addressed to the President of India.
And now to continue the movement, we are scaling up with Dream On India 2.0, so make sure your child's dream doesn't get left out. Check out all the experiences your child can be a part of in the future.
"The idea of visualising your dream is so powerful. The moment you visualise your dream you tend to send a message to the universe about your dream and the universe conspires to manifest it.. amazing thought!"
"We have never had an activity like this at our center. Thank you for letting us dream of a future we want!"
"We keep talking to our children about the future and what do they think it looks like. This helps us understand how the children perceive their present surroundings and also how they want to make a difference!"
